Technicians in high-frequency cleanroom and launchpad environments required live thermal and electro-static discharge monitoring. The hardware needed to fit within standard suit pockets, run for 48 hours without recharging, and transmit over secure short-range radio bands.

Morpin engineered a custom multi-layer, high-frequency micro-PCB running a bare-metal RTOS kernel. The hardware coordinates sensor readings with an event-driven Next.js dashboard visualizer in real-time, sending instant alerts if threshold values are crossed.
